How can I participate?
The Laconia town council has adopted the comprehensive plan and have put a favorable recommendation for county adoption in February 2023. The project team will provide a brief presentation about the planning process and plan recommendations before asking the council to sign a resolution in support of the comprehensive plan.

Public Engagement Opportunity #1 - The project team hosted the first public engagement opportunity for the Town of Laconia on March 3 at the Town Hall. Eight people stopped by the working session to help the project team review the existing plan’s vision statement, goals, and top priorities from the recent Comprehensive Plan. For individuals that weren’t able to make it to the session, an online survey is available. Both the meeting and online survey were advertised through social media and the project website newsletter.
